My book, A Deadly Wind: The 1962 Columbus Day Storm, is set for release in October of 2018. I’m so excited! What you see below is the book cover. Here is an updated list of upcoming book talks and book signing events for “A Deadly Wind: the 1962 Columbus Day Storm. The book published by Oregon State University Press debuted in October 2018 and landed on the Pacific Northwest Booksellers Association bestseller list throughout the holiday season, returning to the bestseller’s list on Jan. 27. It should be available at a bookstore near you! All events listed below are open to the public. The schedule will be updated as new events are added. Hope to see you down the road!

 

1:30 p.m., Oct. 12 (storm anniversary): Book talk and signing at Lacey City Council Chambers, hosted by Lacey City Museum.

7 p.m., Oct. 17: Book talk and signing at Port Townsend Library.

1 p.m. to 4 p.m., Oct. 20: “Afternoon With Authors”: Thirteen South Puget Sound authors in three Tumwater historic homes. I’ll be at the Crosby House, 702 Deschutes Way SW, Tumwater. Sponsored by the City of Tumwater and the Olympia Tumwater Foundation.

6:30 p.m., Nov. 7: Book talk and signing at Veronia Public Library, Veronia, OR.
